We aim to please in every way so we have given a full in depth description of all our garments as accurately as possible.
In the event that you are not satisfied in any way with an item because:
a) it does not meet it's description, b) is not fit for it's purpose, c) it is faulty or damaged, here's what you need to do.
Contact us immediately telling us why you are not happy with your purchase.
Please provide the date you received your order, your name and address and full description of the garment you have received.
Return the garment to us in an unworn, clean condition within 7 days of recieving the garment to the address provided above. Once we've received it, we will happily give you a full refund. You must obtain a receipt for proof of postage and enclose a copy with the garment.
Refunds will not be given if a garment has become faulty or damaged through seams splitting because of wrong choice of size.
